Saiyoojyam Ladies Hostel is a newly built five-storied complex with elevator and all modern facilities having the capacity to accommodate 130 persons. It is situated in a very peaceful location in Kusumagiri, Kakkanad, adjacent to Noel Greenature Apartments. The complex is fully furnished with modern high quality imported furniture and toilet accessories of European standard. It has both A/C and non-A/C rooms.

Thirty six (36) well-furnished rooms (each with a space of 24 sq m) with attached bathrooms with rain shower. Kitchen facilities include a large cooking area plus modular kitchen and pantry.
Adjacent is a fully equipped cafeteria for high quality catering services. Provision for North-Indian, South Indian and Chinese food is available. The spacious dining hall covers an area of 170 sqm.
Vegetables, dairy products, chicken and fish will be home-grown and totally reliable in quality. Special food will be served for occupants with health-related issues.
Availability of Wi Fi connection, centralized laundering & ironing services, healthcare facility & on-call medical services. An area of 155 sqm is available for recreation. Spacious rooftop covering an area of 400 sqm. is available for drying cloth and other purposes. Underground car parking is available with the capacity to accommodate 25 vehicles.
The complete operation of Saiyoojyam is run on green energy, solar system, supported by generators, ensuring full-time uninterrupted power supply. Wells attached with modern purification plant provides clean water for drinking and other requirements; there is also provision for full-time supply of hot water.
The whole complex and surroundings is equipped with modern CCTV cameras, in addition to experienced security personnel providing round-the-clock security.
Mr. Sasidharan Thettikuzhi retired from the United Nations as the Deputy Chief of Human Resources. He has extensive experience having served in various geographical locations of the UN for 32 yrs. His wife is also a UN retiree. Their daughter, Saranya is a physician at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston and her husband, Rahul is an Engineer (an IIT gold medallist who obtained his doctorate from MIT and currently serving with Apple Technology company). Their son, Abhay is an engineering graduate from Purdue University, Indiana, currently working with Qualcomm, an American multinational Corporation, headquartered in California.
Saiyoojyam is located at close proximity to the Collectorate, Info Park, Sunrise Hospital, Wonderla Amusement Park, Rajagiri College and Hospital, Thrikkakara Temple, and few kms from Kadambrayar Boating Center and Eco Village.
